everyone has their own habit. i have some living habits. i will take off my shoes and put on the slippers when i arrive home. and i get used to drink some soup before having dinner. what’s more, i have to keep my room light on until i fall asleep. if i am forced to change anything about this, i will be very uncomfortable. for example, if i don’t wear slipper at home, i will be very uncomfortable. if i can’t drink soup before dinner, i can’t eat anything. and i can’t fall asleep if the light is off. this is my living habit. maybe i will change it one day, but now i can’t receive any change about them.
Nowadays, every student pays enough attention to study habit because of its importance. As for me, I have three ways to improve my study habits.
Firstly, make a plan for my study. The plan, I think, should include both the timetable, the regular and extra practice items. And the plan should be updated according to the progress of my study from time to time. Once the plan made, I follow it strictly.

Secondly, make full use of the time in the class. I take notes of the important points of every class. I do not talk about anything that has nothing to do with the class. More importantly, I pay all my attention to the class and listen to the teacher carefully.
Thirdly, critical study is also very important. It means that we should not accept anything blindly and with careful thought. Everything is not absolutely correct in the world and everything is changing. We can find many answers to a question. If we think critically, we may find many possibilities to solve a problem.
I have a lot of good habits.
I read books every day.I help with housework every day,too.I usually eat fruit and vegetable,because they are goos for my health.I often exercise,it is good for my health,too.I hardly ever stay up late,because my parents say it is bad for our health.I have some bad habits,too.I eat junk food twice a week,and I drink coffee three times a week.
Having a healthy lifestyle is good for our health.
